RB Medical was formed in December 2000 after a management buyout of Rimmer Brothers a respected manufacturing and distribution company of long standing in the surgical trade. With an enviable 70 year heritage of craft engineering blended with the technology of our modern CNC machine shop, we produce a wide range of endoscopic and minimal access surgical instruments. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, our laser-welded connections ensure integrity from all forms of sterilization. Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charge is £8.50 excluding VAT for orders upto the value of £100 and £11.00 excluding VAT for orders over the value of £100.00. For timed delivery costs please contact sales@rbmedical.co.uk

Warranty
RB Medical does not issue a warranty certificate, however our products come with a 12 month maufacturer's warranty to cover faulty workmanship or failed components*. If in the unlikely event you have any problem with your product, please notify us and together we will resolve the problem.
*Due to the nature of the products this does not apply to lamps and cautery burners.
Returns Policy
Returning Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Goods: When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, RB Medical may agree to their return subject to a 10% handling charge. This request must be made to RB Medical in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods, excluding bank holidays and weekends. The returning of the goods to us will be entirely at your own cost and responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us. Returned goods will be accepted only with the prior written permission of the Company. The following goods are not eligible for return: 1. Broken or damaged. 2. Sterile goods where the seal has been compromised. 3. The goods have been used. 4.The goods are not being returned in original packaging.
Goods should be returned to our Goods Inwards Department - Refunds will only be made when the product has been received and inspected.
