RB Medical was formed in December 2000 after a management buyout of Rimmer Brothers a respected manufacturing and distribution company of long standing in the surgical trade. With an enviable 70 year heritage of craft engineering blended with the technology of our modern CNC machine shop, we produce a wide range of endoscopic and minimal access surgical instruments. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, our laser-welded connections ensure integrity from all forms of sterilization. We fit only the highest quality parts and lenses and unhesitatingly guarantee the quality of our workmanship. Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £9.50 excluding VAT for orders weighing upto 10 kilos (28p per kilo thereafter).  For timed delivery costs please contact sales@rbmedical.co.uk

Warranty

RB Medical does not issue a warranty certificate, however our products come with a 12 month maufacturer's warranty to cover faulty workmanship or failed components*.  If in the unlikely event you have any problem with your product, please notify us and together we will resolve the problem.

*Due to the nature of the products this does not apply to lamps and cautery burners.

Returns Policy

If you have ordered the wrong product you can return it within 7 days of receipt, for a refund (less 10% re-stocking fee).  If we have supplied an incorrect product we will replace it for you once we have received the original goods; we will invoice you for the difference or provide a credit note. 

Please inform us of your intention to return the item(s) before sending them to our Goods Inwards Department.   You must return the product to us as new and by a traceable method at your own cost.

Refunds will only be made when the product has been received and inspected.
